only on repeat offenders that trade for money.. it is still ok to trade games for games in the steam trading menu. just dont trade for money and watch out for the russian vpn games. but since games in russa are all cheap, its kinda pointless

Yeah, the things I want dont have the vpn problem I think, since they dont have multiplayer mode (just online leaderboards). But when you say trade for money is about the Steam Wallet, isnt it? Its ok to trade just games, even if I dont send nothing to the other guy?

also moneyweb if there is too many one way trades it can look like your paying outside of the trade. but you do have to watch out for the fraudsters. you give money they give game game gets revoked due to fraud your out money. now if you trade game for game and it was deemed a a fraud on their part then they go back to the trade and give your game back. just always keep a record... screen shots.

I don't know of any bans, but people have had their games revoked due to fraudulent purchases (stolen CCs and so on). You really do need to be careful who you trade with.

I'm russian and i can said that us/eu game prices is a bit too high (actually very high). I guess trade with russians is okay, but some games are region locked (i only know about maxpayne 3, if you guys know others pls reply for this comment). Feel free to add me if you have webmoney account and want want purchase something with our prices, you can check prices at http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=ru (to get your store back use http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=us for example if you are in usa) or you can check http://www.steamprices.com/

Hi ppl, months ago I know it was pretty common to ask an russian steam user to buy stuff for you since their prices are a lot cheaper. But I'm a bit out of date with this kind of stuff nowadays, so I'd like to know if this is still possible and who are the most trusted users to trade with.
Thanks in advice!
