if you put, lets say 7 and 5 together, that would be false, because 75 is no result of the multiplication table.
if you put 1 and 6 together, that would be true because 16 is a result of the multiplication table.
basically it should every pair of two adjecent digits

Bump for 1 & 2 solved.
I don't even understand the instructions for the 3rd one. Looks like some bad Google Translate piece of text. Can some who understands it please explain?
edit
Figured it out. Here are more easy to understand instructions; Complete the number 7xxxxxx4x with the rest of the numbers in 1-9 so that any 2 adjecent digits in it are a result in the multiplication table.
BTW, #3 solved.

so, the GAs are over, now i will post the solutions to the riddles
solution of the 1st one:
as you can see, there are 3 zeros, 2 ones, 1 two, 1 three and 0 fours, fives and sixes
solution of the 2nd one:
as many of you may have recocnized, this answer was very simple to bruteforce.
the right solution is to count the closed areas in the numbers, like in the seven examples
solution of the 3rd one:
this solution is true, because there are the numbers from 1 to 9 in the number and every
pair of 2 adjecent numbers (eg. 72, 81, 35, 63, ...) is an outcome of the basic multiplication table
thank you for playing
