If it's a key, only in Rockstar could be redeemed. Only in Steam Store for Steam.

Obviously :D Naw, I just read about it online the other day.
Apparently this kind of bootlegs are not even that rare :D

Nah, PSP was awesome. And for the people cared about such, it was great for emulation.

For the most part I was fine, never used G2A shield. Don't use it. Too many scammers / idiots.
I was scammed for $1 out of Shadow Warrior Special Edition. Bought a gift copy, then the guy refunded it a few weeks later. It was the worst because I has halfway through and wasn't able to finish it until recently.

Nah , it was his second transaction on the site , so they claimed he provided Invalid key .
Even tho he sent them copy of the receipt he got for buying the bundle on Humble , they still claimed he used the key cause the game Existed on his account .
Comment has been collapsed.
Eh wtf? As if that makes sense, let's say a user who owns about 5k games sells there and get this bs, are they gonna make him pay just because he has many games?
G2A pls
also steam should implement a function to track keys, but i bet they won't do it since they want people to buy from them
Comment has been collapsed.
well steam workshop partners can track their own keys .
Lets say you made some crappy 1$ Card farming game and you made a giveaway for it here .
You can track every single key you gave away , when was it activated and on what account ...
But sharing that to public may be risky i guess
Comment has been collapsed.
Against tos to re-sell may not be a wise idea if they used humble could lead to account ban for sharing you were selling the key.
Comment has been collapsed.
Its one of those grey areas were most likely nothing will come of it unless you admit or get caught doing it.I think most key seller's have TOS with personal use only clause.Sure your not breaking laws but they can still block your account so if you plan on selling it is best to have your purchases backed up just in case. You can make something up but lieing is a bad habit to start. If your going to break a TOS and sell keys and risk something like what the OP had take it as a lesson and move on imo.

Pretty much this. I'd say it might even be safer. If you get scammed you can open a ticket and support is actually not that bad. So far I had to do that three times, every time it took less then a week to get a refund (plus some time for Paypal to process it).
Comment has been collapsed.
Its good, its bad, its both. Ive sold a number of keys on there, so far no one has screwed me by saying its non working. Ive bought a number of keys on there. I have been "screwed" with purchases. One game was region locked/probably a BS key for who knows really, (it just said I couldnt redeem it in my country or whatever). I tried Evoland 2 and it was Evoland 1. Ummm I had another game I bought 2 copies of get revoked 6 months later. Also another game that got revoked, within a week. The good part? Well I bought the monthly shield, every purchase was protected so basically I got my funds back and I just purchased from other sellers. When the games were revoked I screenshotted it and opened a ticket showing the capture and saying it was bought with a stolen credit card and I wanted my money back, that took less than 5 minutes to be handled both times. However when you get screwed they put the money back onto your G2A account and it is not usable for 14 days. Probably to allow the seller time to refute the claim. I do believe once it was ready immediately but i dont recall. The evoland 2 that was actually evoland 1 was from a seller with 100k+ rep (thats a lot) and after checking he had reports of the same thing months in advance so all his sales on that game were BS. Sure I got evoland 1 for free and he losses a key but everyone who didnt use shield is 100% screwed.

Nice :D
Would be kind of cool though to see a Nintendo game that puts several of their franchises into one bigger universe like Kingdom Hearts does.

Funny thing is I actually brought my Wii back from dead yesterday after not having touched it for years.
Wanted to play a little House of Dead or Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles but apparently I only stashed the family friendly games at my familiy's place so I had to "settle" for Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga.

is not a online store, it just compares prices, be carefull on which site do u pick

Move to Brazil or Russia. The game is the cheapest there.

Consider to stash 25 euros and buy the game on trusted site like HRK Game - https://www.hrkgame.com/games/product/grand-theft-auto-v-rockstar-edition/
I know that 5 lacking euros is a big money for a teen like you, but you have to understand that you risk with your money buying the keys from grey retailers.

Yup this is one of the cheapest you're going to find. I have all GTA (including 1, 2 and Liberty Cities Stories), but I refuse to buy a now 4 years old game that I'm not going to play online, at a full price barely cut on sales because they keep the full original price so long after it's release.

The PC version was released 14 Apr, 2015 and that attitude is the reason PC will never get Red Dead Redemption :(
Comment has been collapsed.
I vaguely remember hearing something that people might actually be able to play Red Dead 2 on PC through some sort of Playstation Streaming Subsciption service but I'm pretty sure that's not what people ment when they said the want RDR for PC :D
Comment has been collapsed.
Well, that will probably be pretty expensive. I guess you won't be able to just subscribe to one game but have to subscribe to the entire library (I hope I'm wrong though), which would mean that you might as well get a used playstation and the game if you want to play it for longer time...
Comment has been collapsed.
If it turns out to be true my guess would be it will cost between 5 - 12$ per month for a whole array of titles. (judging by what EAs subsciption service or OnLive cost)
Comment has been collapsed.
5$ per title, per hour
Wow, that's even worse than I thought. I didn't look into it very carefully because those kind of Subsciption services aren't really an option for me. Any idea how long the 12$ subscription lasts ?

kinguin.net is a legit site, but you still have to look at the sellers history from who you buy, so if you avoid bad reviews and community sellers, you can still get the game for 34 us dollars and 28 us dollars is the lowest seller but may have a bit more ify seller.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yes, some keys are the dealer buying in bulk at a discount, others are stripped from games where they are sold much cheaper and then resold here in north america for more, and others have been found to be using stolen credit cards. This is why looking at dealer reviews and history is important. G2A is legit, but has made the news for stolen and revoked keys, but even then G2A handed out new keys regardless of when the bought them.
Comment has been collapsed.
What he means is that G2A is well known for its bad reviews and so is Kinguin.
What every gamer out there doesn't understand is that comparing G2A and Kinguin to authorized resellers is like comparing Ebay to Amazon.
Of course it's a grey market compared to completely a legal and authorized market, but we should also understand that not everything in the grey market is a scam and that a honest seller on the grey market will do the same or better than the authorized seller.
Why do people buy stuff from Amazon even when it costs more than Ebay? Because there's people out there that recognized Amazon is a trustworthy seller while Ebay can't be recognized as a single entity. You have to go on Ebay, judge the sellers and pick the one you can trust instead of letting someone else do it.
The same goes for G2A and Kinguin compared to, let's say, Humble Bundle. Humble is well known for its trustworthiness, while you have to go and pick a seller on Kinguin or G2A. Since everyone only speaks about scams and not about successful transactions they made in G2A and/or Kinguin, everyone just blames the sites for the sellers' fault.
A lot of people doesn't even want to buy from Ebay because there is Amazon. It's not like a honest Ebay seller becomes shit when Amazon is in the equation. You just have to find the right seller.
That's a shame. I don't personally care about G2A and Kinguin, but people should really open up their minds.

Amazon is a trustworthy seller while Ebay can't be recognized as a single entity
Well that whole http://www.geek.com/news/amazoncom-announces-zshops-566714/ thing.
Comment has been collapsed.
Still, Amazon, as a seller (or superseller), is considered very trustworthy. That's what I meant. We should split between sellers and companies.
Ebay, as a company, has no fault over a scam committed by a seller, but still people will say "It's not safe to buy on Ebay".
Amazon split up between what the company sells and what the customers sell, refusing to take any kind of guilt.

You know, my friend sells on Ebay and after some disputes with buyers I have to say that Ebay 100% backs buyers and not sellers. anyone can literally say "it is not as described" and you as the seller have to pay for return shipping, which can literally end up being a brick in a box. Amazon I have a lot of experience as a customer and they have not let me know. They always pay for return shipping and there isnt even an area to dispute why, you just click "i want to send this shit back" and its done. You print the label, drop it off at whatever mail place, done.
Comment has been collapsed.
That's another kind of judgement to keep in mind, but you are exactly falling for the things I mentioned above.
Warranty is a thing to think about while buying, but the whole point was that there are sellers on Ebay than can do the same as Amazon or more.
I sold on Ebay back in the days and never had a dispute open because every complaint was handled by myself. I sold a used PSP game for 12,5€ once only to find out that the instruction booklet was the wrong one, but I was sure that one was the one my copy of the game came with.
After a pair of messages in which the customer proved me the booklet was the wrong one, I offered him a 5€ refund (to keep the game) or full refund on game and re-shipping costs and he very joyfully accepted the 5€ refund. After shipping costs, the Ebay tax and the Paypal tax, all I gained was a loss, but also a happy customer.
There are a LOT of sellers that will grant you good customer service on Ebay.
The fact that Amazon grants you a safe transaction doesn't mean a simple Ebay seller can't be as good.
Everyone chooses Amazon because no one wants to pick the right seller by themselves. (...and a lot of other things like the fact that it's easier to browse, can offer discounts and such.)

yup, those sites take a lot of the profit out of sales, sold a steam game on amazon the other day, just cost me $6.65 to ship a piece of paper with the key on it (obviously i have no clue how to mail anything) i think im ending up with $3-4 profit out of a $14 sale, lol

Not even gonna try to start an argument here, all the proof exposing G2A and Kinguins more than shady business practices can be found by a simple google search.
If you want to stay blind and ignorant, then so be it, I'm not wasting my time here.
