When creating a giveaway, look for the * next to the game name, this means it is treated as a bundle game...

Because they were all bundle games, capped at $30 until you give a non-bundle game away. It's all in the FAQ

Must be one of those bugs. Read about them in the FAQ, sometimes the bug just GETSYA

It doesn't matter if you bought from the steam store or from a bundle if the game has been in a bundle it'll be added to the bundle list giving you a reduced value.

You'll gain more contributor value (20% of your total value I believe) once you giveaway non-bundled games.

the starter pack was not with * when i started the giveway -_-"
and i had it because i bought the forge 4-pack time ago.... and 1 copy still was in my inventory
