I need a Steam skin for high DPI. 200%

Hi guys,
I was just wondering if there is a Steam skin that is made for high DPI displays.
I would like to get one that works at 200% DPI if possible.

Currently, everything is blurry if Windows decides to apply the DPI scaling itself. And games will play at wrong resolution and be blurry as well.
I want to be able to exclude Steam from high DPI scaling and instead use a skin to make the text readable. Any skin you would recomend?

just disable dpi scaling for steam and games giving you problems

Then text is too small. Cant even read without squinting.
I want a way to increase my font size, so I can do that.

Yep. The font sizes remain the same.
I manually tried to change font size, but that messed up the layout.
