out of all people you should know not to call out ;) If you have proof report him. i don't trust it myself and ignored his friend request yesterday(right after i bumped my trade topic) because i don't trust people who have something to hide. But still no reason to call out

yes - got in such a situation some time ago - guy paid me for gold in game then when got gold he requested chargeback, PP gave it to him automatically, and when I wanted to contact them that guy was a scammer I got a response, that they don't consider private digital sale as sale and cannoit get my money back. In such a case you should show them LEGAL document of sending goods (like from post office), and no - screenshots of your whole conversation, transaction etc are worth nothing to them - I gave them this all and still they didn't give me money back. Was scammed on 150$. Since then I never trade anything digital through PayPal except of with friends I know.

Hmm, that was some time ago, as much as I remember, my 2 friends were trying to see what happens there, and 1 friend sent to other one some money and noted inside : "for steam games". Next day he contacted support saying he didn't get for what he sent money, he showed trade history and chat log and he got money back. This was just a test, he didn't try to scam anyone, they were friends, and yeah, support did refund money. :S
