Steam Community Crashes sometimes if Steam Cloud Doesnt Sync Properly just download steam run setup and click repair and you should be back to normal problems like these arise mostly during major sales I have had this problem the last 2 days and in June -July when summer sale was on Its not hacking the other problem I have found is that steam automatically chooses a random steam server so go to your settings and make sure that you have chosen the steam server in/or closest to your country ...
