:D yea, but the quests aren't gone for good. So you don't really know how ARP gain will turn out in the end. The overly complicated and confusing calender could bring us more ARP than daily bonuses before.

This is not a design for desktop PCs. I can see it being quite decent on smartphones & tablets, with the horizontal scrolling and all that, but on desktop PCs it's just... no...

I mean, right now I dislike it a little, since I am not sure where "stuff" is, but once I get used to the new layout, I think I might enjoy it. And, yes, I am on desktops.

Very sad to see a once ok site go down this path ..
i mean it wasn't the best but everyone was used to it and the dark theme was easy on the eyes.
The sad thing is they'll probably put the complaints down to grumpy oldies not liking change and just carry on
with it looking like a giant smart phone interface with awful colours.

Its awful at >720p resolutions because it cuts off text that overlaps with page body backgrounds, but at least it doesn't do that at smaller resolutions or window sizes. But hey at least its not a 1990s eyesore.

Never mind the look, it's the usability that's killing me. It's is most definitely not user-friendly. There are errors, it's a nightmare to navigate, a slight touch to the trackpad and the page goes back to the previous one. Agggggh! Wonder what kind of idiot designed that.
They have an app for mobile users, so why the hell did they do THIS to the desktop site?

Nice. I can no longer log into the site. One of the ONE reasons I still keep an FB account and now I can't even log in with it anymore. Just twitter, of which I don't use as I am not a twit, or discord which I also do not use.

I appear to be in the clear minority here, but I like the cleaner, sleeker look and the pop-out sidebar.
If I had to nitpick, the only thing that will take some getting used to is the scrolling banner on the home page.

I had complained about design on a bunch of sites I was on but I gradually get used to it. However, one thing that annoys me the most is the loading time. The old site was already bloated and the new site is even more bloated. It takes 30 seconds to fully load one damn page.

I would think they can get away with it due to the majority of smartphone users not having anything to block all the various bloat.
But even on a locked down browser you have problems with getting a site to load properly
while blocking the ads ,JavaScript and whatever else that tries to load and run.
The old site .at least you had reasonable easy ,dark-themed, access to what you wanted to get to.
Steam are guilty of it too ,loading megabytes of huge tiled images when a simple list first would do .
Catering to thumbs and smartphones and totally neglecting PC users..

I like the style of it as its seems more fresh and modern but the bright look is off putting as it is overly bright in comparison to what we're used to. I suspect once I get used to it, it will be ok. The advent calender seems like a good idea as you'll get 10 points every day on logging in so that should make point accumulation easier.

I STILL can't find the alleged "Advent Calendar" on my screen... I see no menu on the right top (except the ARP badge thing)
Also Sofa King sloooow even with my fast internet. I'm pretty disappointed.
Edit: Found the calendar, though it's on day 2? WTF site was down yesterday. Nothing like starting out already having no chance at the full month. Spot on fellas.

Just checked the new site makeover and it looks horrendous ,not sure what they had in mind but it's not looking good compared to the old dark theme site.
