Do i have to own Fallout to be able to play Fallout to know about Caesar to have a chance to solve this puzzle?

Hint #1, Assassins Creed: Brotherhood would help you with that, as does Caesar.

Well I've completed Brotherhood, and I know some facts from Caesar's history. There're few connections between two.

As I recall, there was an achievment called Julius Caesar in AC:B, and some items belonged to Brutus. HOW can it help to extract code from this range of random symbols... not a single idea.

I love this giveaway already, but it makes my head hurt.

20 hours left! Second and last hint: It really has nothing to do with New Vegas, with AC: Brotherhood or even with Cthulhu... It DOES have something to do with Caesar though... Your google-fu has to solve the rest, sorry =)

It already exists in my account. :( Nice contest, and good use of coding to make it "harder." ;) I guess I'll have to buy Cthulhu during the winter sale.

Well I figured out the next step but I don't know where to go from there

Is this one or two giveaways? Because the giveaway I've found isn't related Cthulhu nor New Vegas.
