Is there problem with GMG ?

I have issues about buying LEGO LotR from GMG, it says me; Your Payment Provider has not authorised your purchase. But I bought many titles from GMG via Paypal before. Is there general problem right now ?

Known, stupid problem. A lot of banks flag GMG as a gambling site. Try contacting your bank or PayPal.

I contacted with my bank, they said there is no problem with credit card. Maybe problem from Paypal.

Interesting... Bank said there is no problem with card, I used Paypal for Steam payment, but cannot use in GMG right now, but again I was used my card many times in GMG.

Is there any possibillities game blocked for my region ? I read some comments about this block.

I really doubt it's because of region restriction.

It's most likely because your Paypal email doesn't match the one within your GMG account.
