I created a giveaway and sent the key almost immediately after it ended. It has now been a week since the giveaway ended and the receiver has not yet responded. According to the rules, there are 7 days allowed for a giveaway to be completed. What actions should I take?

Add the winner on steam and make sure he has received and activated the key. Look in his library to see if he has activated it. If he has then tell him to mark as received. Simples.

If he hasn't, contact Support, and ask them.

Maybe it's because you broke SG rules by making a giveaway using keys from a bundle. In this case, Bundle In A Box. Karma.
