I don't want to think about (custom rules)[http://www.sgtools.info/giveaways/cb3dff19-3c0a-11e6-8f87-04019cc0dc01] and I hope it works as I intended..

lv1+ 2 copies and whatever rules are there. Open for 17 or so hours. Maybe next I'll give away another Ys game.

does Minimum ratio using Real Value of gifts Sent/Won on Steamgifts: 1.5 work as I expect that it's 1.5 times the amount of gifts sent than won... in "value"? I had to delete and remake because I think any time you enter a value in one of the fields, it locks that filter in and it won't allow you to remove it... so I hope this works... aaaaaaaa

Maximum level of 10 doesn't make any sense, there's nobody who doesn't meet that requirement.
