Krater DLC giveaways bogus?

I entered the 3 Krater DLC contests and won the dr. cerebro giveaway. Now the history of me even winning is gone from SG as well as never receiving a key. It's like the giveaway never existed! What's going on?

i had the same problem a few weeks ago, i won one DLC for RUSE and at first appeared in my won list but days later just disappeared. I dont know why.
