How Is This Legal?

Sigh ... here we go again on the Games get downgraded , or dont look like the trailer topic ....

Vote with your wallet - it's that simple. You get screwed one time, but next time wait until the reviews (I mean real reviews, not IGN-like BS) before deciding to buy the game or not. And for crying out loud STOP PRE-ORDERING GAMES!!!

I think what Ubisoft does is they make one small part of the game way better than the actual game and they use it in E3 presented as their best work. A lot of the stuff in the E3 gameplay seems like most PCs/consoles wouldn't be able to produce the same effects, so they've likely downgraded because they've made the portion for E3 unplayable except for on powerful machines. Basically they raise the bar too high and have to bring it much lower for release.

That doesn't make it right though, there should be a disclaimer that it's not the final product of the game. However most AAA game companies do this, I don't get why people only crap on Ubisoft for it. They're not any worse than any other large game company
