Autogenic relaxation is kinda good although i usually just lie down on my sofa to relax

Comfort food and/or a warm drink and tv shows or movies from my childhood.
ASMR
There are also certain types of games that I find relaxing. I really like open world exploration games where there isn't much action or things to worry about like, Eidolon, Miasmata, Grow Home or walking simulators. There are also heavily story driven games that don't require a lot of effort from the player like point and click games. Some others I find relaxing are games like ABZU, Last Day Of June, Gone Home, AER Memories Of Old, The Room series, Windosill.

I lift heavy things and put them down again, or I punch bags.

I enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles (although I haven't done any offline ones in quite some time). I also like playing some casual video games and enjoy reading comic books as well as various Archie digests. :)

I found out maybe 2 years ago that ASMR would often really help me to relax. It won't work if my anxiety level is too high tho. WhispersRed is my favorite ASMRtist. I love her voice, her accent... and there's some kind of motherly vibe to her that is comforting, I would say. I also recently found Shiatsu Shane's channel... love his massage videos. Delicious sounds. <3 But you usually end up wanting a massage real bad after watching his vids. :o/
That said... European Truck Simulator 2 / American Truck Simulator also have a calming effect on me. Especially when combined with ASMR. :3

Thanks for the heads up on WhispersRed channel =)
I usually listen to Rapunzel, Jojo or this Tibetian Singing Bow

Honestly, I'm not fond of Tibetan singing bowls that much. That often gets on my nerves but this vid in particular was alright. I gotta say tho, I quite like Dmitri's massage videos. And his voice too. ;) As for the other two... mmm... neither of them clicked with me. :o/

I usually relax when I'm alone, no matter what I'm doing (except studying). I also find relaxing playing cards while drinking with friends, maybe near the stove in a mountain hut while food is cooking.

Set the mood with candles, prepare a nice hot tea, sit in a cosy place and read in quiet while drinking my tea.

Metal music for stress and anger etc.
and some softer sub-genres of metal and/or other genres, helps me a lot, I'll leave an example give it a try, it's super chill :

for some reasons I completely hate everything that's related to asmr and I really can't get how it can be helpful or even remotely enjoyable, it's so annoying to me ç___ç
I love way more putting up some good music, it can be ambient music or classical music, especially solo piano music, this relaxes me a lot if I really don't want even to pay attention at a casual react video on youtube =P
even watching movies and such isn't the best for me in order to relax completely so yeah soft warm music and a good ambience, candles, the light of the moon and night in general, here in the northern italian hills the sky's marvelous!
or I play acoustic guitar, that relaxes me a lot since I don't watch any kind of tab or whatever else, I just strum chords or songs I know by heart, and it's amazing! =)
puzzles, lego and such were among my favorites years ago too and many others =)

Take a walk while listening to music, or even go for a jog! Somehow it's really calming to stare at the sky for a while as well.

It really depends on how stressed I am and what caused me to need to relax. Usually I listen to music and watch some nice videos on youtube, play a relaxing game or cuddle my cat.
But if the reason is more serious, I try something similar to meditation, breathing slowly, concentrating on something calming and soothing, or a moment that made me happy.
And if nothing helps, I talk to friends and ask them to distract me and usually, at some point, I do relax when we play something together.

Goodnight Moon ASMR is one of my favourite channels, she immediately puts me in a happier, relaxed mood. Ambiance rooms & nature sounds. Reading/listening to audiobooks. I tend to watch other people play video games on yt as well if I wanna relax but not up for playing myself. :)
Here is a cute animal video for you! (with not-so-relaxing music haha)

Here's a Jigidi, solve it to get to a train (lv1+, sgtools basic rules). Just some cheap bundled games but I hope whoever win will enjoy them.
What do you do to relax? I usually play games, listen to music or watch cute animal videos on Youtube when I need to destress. How about you?
