Lord of the Rings online question

I've been trying to play LOTR online for a while now, and every time I open it, it gets stuck at the loading pre-reqs page. It then continues to to download the loading screens EVERY single time. It takes like an hour to load, and then when i quit out, and want to play again...it repeats the whole process. I'm running it on a mac right now. Is there anything I can do? Any similar problems?

you could try not gaming on a mac, that should help.
