Considering AMD had GTAV profile in GPU-drivers and removed it shortly after it was discovered, says that it's in (late) development.

Also leaked bug list with PC-specific bugs.

Gta V will come to PC, will look better, and ultimately it will be better as mods come.
So those who played it on console and are hating about V coming to pc, go play around aimlessly in your console game, chasing cops and whatever, things you can do in gta 3

why should a Steam Rockstar sale be connected to the release of GTA V on pc?

I wouldn't be so sure it will be announced soon. After some years maybe but almost every Rockstar fan begged for RDR on PC and not a single word from them for years.

Nah, they'll let filthy console peasants beta test for us a little longer.They'll get rid of hackers on online and bugs on SP then release it on PC.

Rockstar may or may not announce it at the end of the sale, then GTA V will probably end up releasing in May, screwing up Watch Dogs yet again.
