When feeling down, I always think about the good things that I have, the luck I have had. And then I think that there are a lot of people that are really actually going through some hard times. It helps me put things on perspective...

thanks for these words :) I think it's connected somehow. but You know, it's very hard to think about positive things with depression disorders :/ truly, sometimes I have something like attacks of fear, or attack of self-loathing and I blame myself for everything I have done wrong. but thank You :) well... it's happened again! I've just started telling here things that I can hardly bear on my own.

I had professional advice, I was at the doctors, I had some pills, and it haven't helped me. I know pills work after 2 weeks at least, but I've been taking it for 3 months... nothing better, just more sleepy, nervous and less concentration

ppl are different, some pills work for one person, while another person needs different pills

to be honest - I had 4 or even 5 different pills... nothing ever changed, I think I prosper better without it. Aster pills I feel my thoughts more obtrusive.
