IMO, Skyrim is a little overrated.

Get the Legendary Edition while it's on a flash sale. It's an amazing deal and won't go lower for a while.

Legendary. Look at it this way: If you like the game, you're going to want the DLCs.

If you're wondering about whether you'd like it, go watch some videos and read a bit about it. It's a lot easier than taking an arrow to the knee.

Get Oblivion GOTY, probably better.

Legendary. Dawnguard isn't worth it, but Dragonborn probably is and you get Hearthfire free after that, basically.

You also get infinite leveling, mounted combat and probably some other stuff too. There is no sane reason to get only the base game now, after years. :) I hope, I helped.

Skyrim is awesome, not DLCs or other shits, just modding comunity is awesome. Ain't talking about shitty Steam Workshop stealers btw ;P

Hmm, good question! I've got too many other unplayed games right now, been telling myself to skip this one. :)

And once I'm ready to play it will probably be 75% off. :)

Get the legendary edition, the "DLCs" are really worth it - especially Dawnguard and Dragonborn, those aren't DLCs as you got to know them by now, but pretty much good old expansion packs with a big bunch of new content, etc. ;)

And even Hearthfire adds that nice little "I can finally build my home the way I want it" (granted: it doesn't really add anything new, but just having your own customizable house is nice enough).

Skyrim is at 20,99€, Skyrim LE at 23,99€ , 3€ difference, also Skyrim LE cost less in Europe than is US where is 35,99$ = 27,5€, and Skyrim cost less 20,99$ = 16€

If you can wait, wait. Legendary is on flash sale right now. Skyrim (base game) isn't. Wait til the last day and decide, unless you really want Legendary or cannot wait to see if the Skyrim gets more than a 30% discount.

Don't get it, it is terrible and overrated because of all the hype it created.

I have base game, don't want to pay for DLC's almost same price as legendary edition, so still waiting 66%+
