when i try to create giveaway it says "The maximum number of giveaways based on your current feedback score has been reached. Once your current giveaways come to a close, and gifts are received, you'll be able to post additional gifts." WHY?

Like everyone said, deleting that "Valve Complete Pack" giveaway (sigh) ate your giveaway slots. You need to click on the "support" button, and "submit a question" to get some giveaway slots. Good luck!
