Can't send a gift

Everytime I try to send a gift to one of my friends on steam I get this message
"There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance."

if anyone else has the same problem ?

Has happened to me a few times. I just switch to the client if I'm using the browser or visa versa and it normally works, or sign out and in again.

yes i made a topic earlier today, it been damn 6 hours already
and just no fix for this, ugh i should just got myself another game, instead of gifting :D

3 servers in the U.S. are down, but I live in Europe and here the servers are running. Maybe these three servers from the U.S. support gifts: D

All servers in the United States work :)

But shipping gifts still not working .... 14h crash
