Unreal Tournament? Quake? Although they tend to explode into chunks rather than bleed(unless using a mod).

Sniper Elite v2 has a system of very graphic X-ray mini-cut-scenes that show every gruesome and and bloody detail of what happens when a bullet enters the human body. If you get your kicks from this sort of thing, that's the game for you.

The Soldier of Fortune games are old and dated now, but they were built with this in mind. Check them out.

Hello, i need some help.
i'm looking for a FPS (or TPS) games.
I need a game that when you shoot on the enemies, you can mark a blood decals on enemies character's body, and they will bleed from that decal...i dont know but this always make me feel satisfied with every fps games i've ever played.
a few game i've played that have this effect:
Max Payne 3, Bioshock series, Hitman series, Fallout 3 (not New Vegas), GTA IV and V.
I'll appreciate if you can show me more games have these effects...please not L4D2, Dead island or other zombie games
p/s: call of duty and battlefield alway disappointed me.
Thanks and sorry for my english
