I just wasted an hour going through all the dots. I didn't find the right dot :)

right... i'm done. i hate this! there IS something i'm missing, as you claim 1201 and i (among others) count 1200.

There is a puzzle in what he says and I am missing something.........something..........

It's funny because so many people are making this SO INCREDIBLY HARD, when the solution is so incredibly easy.
There is no middle ground with this puzzle.

FIRST OF ALL this is a lot harder then people have been saying, I took a random guess at figuring it out and I feel like the smartest person in the world right now lol.

To all those who are having trouble with the puzzle. Ignore those that say it is simple. While once you figure out what is needed it is relatively easy from there, trying to figure out what is needed can be confusing though. Don't feel stupid if you can't get it.
