Depends on what your issue is. I've had tickets open for several months (before I ended up closing them again myself).
User reports take several months (if they get resolved at all), reroll requests are granted pretty quickly within a couple of days usually though.

It depends on what you sent, so it's unclear if it will be processed immediately.
Wait 1 minute.
Or you'll have to wait about two weeks.
(In the normal case. Things that need scrutiny can take a very long time.)

Volunteer support people seem to respond quickly if the content is easy to read.

For the time being, English and Russian seem to be prioritized.
It seems that some people can read other languages, but it seems to be slower than the English one.

As others have alluded to, the type of ticket makes a difference. For one thing, some tickets are just easier to handle, while some categories require extra research/effort. Some categories can only be worked by a certain level of staff, so the number of people actually able to help may be smaller than it seems. Also as noted here, please be as clear as possible in your request; if we can't understand what you are asking, it's harder for us to help.

To help (not just for you, but for everyone), here are some tips.

  • We know that language barriers exist, and we do our best to work around. It may help us all to post in both English and your native language.
  • Please make sure to post tickets in the correct category (even if that means a longer wait time), and we will do our best to get to it.
  • Please do not open multiple tickets for the same issue, as that just increases the pool we have to work through.
  • Please do not repeatedly bump tickets unless you have new information to provide.
  • Please do not reach out directly to staff to handle tickets, either via SG or via Steam.
