So, i just won one key in a giveaway here. I ask the guy where he got it and all he says is "Full game!!".
These keys are considered exploited?

I would think keys being exploited is rather cut and dry... not a matter of opinion. I could be wrong as I don't know the circumstances.

Depends on how many keys they were giving away. If more than 1, then yes they exploited the system. It's supposed to be the full preorder, so you should be fine there.
