He should get a SG warning. Actually, the mods probably wouldn't mind since they are just as slow. I still have an unresolved issue from a year ago. :)

The support thread is closed. A mod did finally answer the ticket after a month, but the mod action still hasn't been taken. It's been 11 months.

To be fair, the mod did say that it was a low priority issue and that it could take a long time, but 11 months just seems way to long, especially for such a simple request.
