Can't really call people out but I'd say it's not real... People usually start off small (unless they make a private/group giveaway). This guy has few entries, hardly any comments, no previous contributions and gives away a rare game.

I personally look out for these things BEFORE entering a giveaway.

Looks suspect, but there's nothing you can do but wait and see. If you don't recieve a gift after a week, report him/her.

It happens. My most recent win looks like I'm not gonna get it. Ended 4 days ago, waited a couple days, tried adding the guy etc... Sucks but it happens. At least in my case it's just a cheapo DLC. Really sucks though as it is my highest entry # win to date.
