I think that would motivate more users steamgifts , that were of minimal level giveways 2 motivated me to lvl up my cv see giveaways level that could not be accessed , Think about it when creating, I saw many people who has 14 wins and 0 provided.
Level 1 $0.01 - 25 73,280 users
Level 2 $25 - 50 11,234 users
Level 3 $50 - 100 6,809 users
Level 4 $100 - 250 4,441 users

Would improve the system of prizes, giveaways are all with level 1 or 2 minimum ?

I made more than 70 giveaway accessible to everyone (or at least everyone that cared enough to bother finding them). Also I don't see how that has to do with anything with your suggestion being a plainly bad idea.

No. This means newcomers wouldn't have any reason to stay. Without fresh blood,we're going to die.

Leechers are here to stay; You're just going to have and accept this then move on. If it bothers you that much,you could restrict your own giveaways.

Though I don't even create level 0 requirement giveaways, I still think this change would have more negative impact. Many of those level 0 users might think about the SteamGifts as "they must buy rights to enter giveaways" which could lead them to other giveaway sites, ignoring SteamGifts' existence.

Let just giveaway creators do what they want with their game gift.
