Okay listen, a guy who won my giveaway either blocked me or ignored me on steam which means that I can't send the game out as a gift because you can only send gifts to friends and the item is not tradable! Also I don't see where you could message them on this site, can someone help me out?

Go here, click on "sent"/"unsent", under the winner's steam name should be their email address.

On the 'gifts' screen, hit the link in the 'sent' column. It will list their emails there.

Click on 'Unsent' on your giveaway page and you'll see his/her email address.

Wait for 7 days and ask for re-roll if he does not respond. It's your choice how to send a gift, if you want to add him on steam and he ignores you - it's his problem
