read a lot about the hint and such, enters a lot but all were wrong

My state is closing down because of negative wind chill. Heard people lost fingers last week from this not global warming weather.

I end up at a giveaway that has ended 2 months ago. Can you just give me a hint if that's still part of the puzzle and I need to look closer or if I'm completely lost? ^^

Damn, seems I did not win... Unless theres a reroll... This one had odds of 1:10, which is below the magic threshold where I remember I joined and am totally shocked I did not win instead of being totally surprised IF i win... I think my mental cutoff is somewhere around 1:20 or so :-D
