Why are there so many COH DLC giveaways?

And since someone commented to state I was as bad as them for doing a 6 copy Just Cause giveaway, I created that after the Bundle status was known, using it to increase my available giveaway slots, as I have also done by doing large bundle title giveaways. More slots means more giveaways in a mass Fortix topic. :P

Also, I paid for the games, they didn't.

Not beyond the bundle limit.

I hope not, I can see adding a sale to the bundle list, but a free item, that just needs to be changed to 0 CV, at least with the Just Cause fiasco, you had to pay 27 cents. But 4000+ free keys just need to not be counted at all.
