Garry's Mod/TF2 Refuse to launch. HELP PLEASE

Any time I try to launch any game that launches through the HL2.exe, It puts my status to "IN Game", but doesn't launch the game. If I try to launch again, it says "May only run one at a time", or something like that. Does anyone else have this problem/know how to fix?

Have you tried restarting Steam?
Your PC?
Is anything blocking it?
How long have you waited for it to launch?
If nothing you can find on Google/forums, or nobodies solutions here help, you'll have to reinstall them.
