Help! where is FM2014 cheaper?

Interestingly I can access it right now on steam even though I'm German. Must be a temporary mistake... that however enables me to tell you that enhancedsteam doesn't display that it had been cheaper before or is anywhere else right now.

Nuuvem might be cheaper, it looks though like it it region locked to south america.

A friend got one, so it isn't UK only. From what he tells me, it should be fine for europe 2 as well.

Not another digital seller, but in Brazilian Steam Store, it costs $15.
