You said you cam back home because you couldn't imagine your life there. If that's the case you shouldn't go...not until you can imagine / visualize / see it in your mind.
So how about you work you way up to it? Are home or the capital the only options? How about somewhere in the middle or closer to home. This way you can slowly work your way up to moving farther and getting used to new things...and home is within reach
No goal is too high if you climb with care and confidence...so relax and take your time.

hi,
when i moved out from my parents i was already 26 and had a job for 2 years (5 years if you count 3 years of apprenticeship).
i had a long distance relationship so no way to move in together...when he got a job close by we moved in together. now we're married.
i didnt want to live alone so i stayed with my parents. of yourse money was also one of the reasons
have you been lonely in the capital so you didnt like it? maybe try out some shared living arrangement? if you have friends there, try to do more with them. and maybe even fall in love? :)
also why are you only limitting yourself to either the capitol or your old home? are there any other big cities you could go to university?
if you generally dont like big cities... maybe try living in a smaller town close by.

There's nothing wrong with living at home, but...
You need to know what sort of job you want to have. And if it requires trade/university qualifications, then you need to seriously decide on giving that your best shot.
You could have 40+ years of work ahead of you, so make these early years count towards your future employment.
The longer you wait/waste while you're young, the less likely you are to be able/want to fix things later in life.
If you move to the big city MAKE SOME FRIENDS. Social interaction is important, and (I'm guessing) one of the reasons you left Uni (it was MY reason) was the lack of interaction with my peers & classmates.
~20 years on, and I still have practically no real-life friends (other reasons abound, but the point still stands).

Social interaction is important
Yes it truly is important and I have the feeling that you wish to socialize but are, on the other hand, very hard to approach, as you tend to dismiss any attempts from others.
Sometimes I'm curious to know which person is behind a specific nick or forum persona, and I guess your edginess and hard shell could be there to protect your sensitive and soft core, but what do I know?!
You certainly have a heart and it's never too late to adopt a more open attitude towards others. I mean others that are worthy and likeable!

That explains a lot but how could I feel better now? I knew you are dangerous, sharp like a Katana and cute like Mio. xD
But I actually thought it would be the contrary, that you are afraid to get hurt by someone close to you.
Anyway, it's clear that nobody wants to be friends with toxic people, and when you do it deliberately, I mean if you are hurtful out of a nasty habit, you're fully responsible for the outcome and you also have the power to change it, because you have a choice. =)

Sorry to hear that you didn't finished your studies. What did you studied and why did you stop it? Anyway, if big city life doesn't suit you, don't try and force it on yourself, you won't be happy. And if you want to move out of your parents, you can do it in your home town anyway, just get decent job and it would be cheaper to get your own place than in big city.

You are only 23 , when i was your age i hadnt yet figured out what i want to do with my life, So my advice is try new tings , quit them if you feel pressure, point is you took a chance . Once you find a few things you want set your goals and try to achieve them and keep in mind you wont achieve all your goals so dont get disappointed with failure , its part of life. We only have one life try to live yours as you want , when we die i believe we regret things we didnt do and not the things we have done (not taking crimes here just normal life)
