I just got scammed

So. I just got scammed. He seemed legit, cause he sent me a dead island key (Which is btw not available in my region, so i could check if the key is legit without activating it) and his account was 2 years old. After that i traded him my bundle. He said that he'll send the ekys in a few seconds, but shortly after that he went offline. I feel so dumb now.

Next steps? I dont think there is any chance getting my bundle back, is it?

Also, he was VAC banned, that's like a neon sign pointing out that the person isn't very honest.
