What do you think about Motorola Motosmart ME?

I want to buy a cheap cellphone and this is a good alternative for all the money that I got. (I live on Chile)
So, I am asking for opinions. Someone have this cellphone? I want some opinions about performance or durability. It's more powerful that the iPhone 3GS, it has a 800MHz processor and 256 MB RAM, so what do you think?

iOS is made for some iDevices and it's made to fit the iPhone. Android can be used by any manufacturer and some don't optimize it as good to fit the phone.
