The ones I would give another look at:
Boy and His Blob, A
Double Dragon: NEON
LIMBO
Surely our tastes aren't perfectly aligned but I think each of those are unique enough experiences to be worth a single playthrough. Mostly for the story/experience except in the case of Double Dragon, which is just a fun/funny game to play through once (in my opinion)

How to survive
is actually very fun to me, you should play it atleast once and see how it fares, i played it local coop-y with my brother, i love shooting zombies with a bow and arrow.
A story about my uncle -
its a short game with fun wire slinging physics, so it shouldnt hurt too much to give this game a shot either, i only didnt like one part, where the checkpoint was too fair, and i kept falling, so i cheated to make it easier :^) for that one part
feel free to add me for coop games like those trines and stuff

Keep: Antichamber, BitTrip Runner (1 & 2), The Bridge, Dead Space 2, Hammerwatch, Heavy Bullets, I am Bread, Indie Game: The Movie (maybe hide if you've already seen it), INK, Knights of Pen and Paper (1 & 2), Never Alone, No Time to Explain Remastered (you're safe to remove the other, they're almost the same), Pixel Piracy, Robot Roller-Derby Disco Dodgeball, Stealth Bastard Deluxe (1 & 2), Steamworld Dig, Super Hexagon, Super Meat Boy, and Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack.
Total keep: 22 games

I own Crawl as well. It's essentially like playing a dungeon game akin to 2D Zelda and The Binding of Isaac except instead of being alone, there are players battling it out to defeat the boss while everyone controls the enemies.
It's fun to play some sessions, but it's not very deep as the focus is not a single player experience. While I haven't played it coop it's even fun to play with the CPUs. If you do have others to play with I would definitely recommend it though. If your looking for a deep rouge-like in which you slowly gain skill until you become good enough to defeat all stages, this isn't the game. It makes sense though, as you wouldn't want a game that has very long play sessions and is super deep for a local multiplayer.

While I haven't played a whole lot of these games, I'll say I really enjoyed
Oceanhorn, it's a fun game and honestly the only well done mobile port I've ever played. It's short and if you like The Legend of Zelda styled action, it's a yes. Also way better played with a controller. disclaimer:::: one of the boss battles pissed me off, not because it was difficult, but because that specific boss's mechanics were ridiculously dumb URHG the frustration is back
One Way Heroics was also fun and honestly you should try it at least a couple times. It's kind of a side scrolling RPG, real short, but you can unlock classes and play it just over and over again, definitely in a good way, I'm just not good with explanations!
Super meat boy, well although I could never finish it because for some reason (I think it's windows compatibility) it doesn't work on my newer PC, but it's a great plataformer and honestly if it's on undecided cause you didn't give it a try, do it.
Those are the ones I can say I def enjoyed out of the undecided list, when it comes to others I say you should def finish the Bioshock series and also Borderlands! How to survive, too, especially if you've got someone to play with.
And Valkyria Chronicles, well I haven't finished it either, so who am I to say anything? harhar much opinion
Now while I never experienced so many other games of your list, I've heard things about most of them, but then It'd make this comment much longer then necessary and also wouldn't be really my opinion, so I'll finish on this note
I've always been the kind of person who hates to own things I've never used, especially if I have paid them with my own money... Although games, too, sometimes get the best of me... to cope with it I'll only buy games I know I'm able to finish and I also avoid buying similar games or games with the same genre if I haven't finished the previous one yet, so idk, hope you can organize your mess, i guess!

Grim Fandango is my second favourite game of all time and a highly acclaimed game in general, it pains me that someone considers just deleting this masterpiece - but tastes differ, of course. I would assume you simply dislike the adventure genre.

Jfgdr, if you like you could just create a folder/category and just assign them all to that folder that you don't want to see. It'll keep them out of view. I do that with all of my finished games.

Hmm, I skimmed through the list quickly. I noticed that you had To the Moon in your "Keep" list, but A Bird Story in "Undecided". A Bird Story is a mini-preview to the sequel of To the Moon (releasing soon, I believe), so I'd keep that if it's a series you're interested in.

Just hide it.
I also am no longer participating in Steam sales, literally zero IDR spent this Black Friday sales.
I sometimes still buy bundles though, especially Humble Bundle. their offerings are too good to pass up. However, I only spend like 10-15 USD each months roughly, sometimes less, unlike my early Steam days.
