It really depends. Are you trying to find one, or sell one? It tends to be expensive, but if selling one, you can set it as high as you want, though people probably won't buy. :P

Mafia was such an awesome game back in the day. But since it's so old I wouldn't offer you much for it. I wonder if it even runs on Win 8.1.

It's unusually valuable because it was removed from Steam. You can still get it in a few places, but not as a Steam gift. I don't know the exact value, but I figured I should make sure you know it's no longer available (and therefore worth more than you would expect, especially as a gift like the one in your inventory.)
