I agree with PlanLos... The Orion Project is definitely worth getting, if you enjoy isometric shooters (there's also third person, and first person is supposed to be in the next update). The Devs have been updating the game quite a bit lately. Here is a video of their upcoming update, featuring better player customization and quests.

You can buy Half-Life on sale. If you managed to get additional $0.50, you will be able to afford Witcher 1. Surely there will be more decent games for around $1.50. You could also buy Hook, but it's just 1 hour of content.
