I seriously doubt it. It would probably just upgrade you to GOTY and that's it.

It's EXTREMELY rare that that occurs, valve games (owning l4d1 then getting 1 and 2 pack gives you a spare 1 iirc, stuff like that) and the occasional bundle does it.

Personally I found the DLCs in the Season Pass/GoTY to be really enjoyable.
The 3-rd DLC kinda drags on a little and doesn't get anywhere and I guess some people might not like the 1-st one, but the 2-nd and 4-th one are definitely a must. Also humor's there in all of them and that's what's most important, right (ok, for me at least)? :D
(I can't say anything for the Headhunter DLCs since I didn't bother getting them.)

Yes, I am quite sure. As someone else pointed out, there are 2 separate pages on the Steam store for Black Ops -- one for PC and another for Mac. Black Ops II on the other hand is a different story.

Yup, ru + row region only it seems and nuuvem isn't from ru.
As for buying, I'm from UK and it went alright without any VPN at all.

Borderlands 2 is windows as well. I just bought it and activated fine. CoD is the only one that is MAC only
