"Wood needed. " -Stronghold

On a serious note, that is awesome. Though since I got accepted to GOG Galaxy 2.0 I have rarely opened Steam. lol

Nice! The amount of times I wished for such an option is too big.

Cool for us and useful for them, I'm sure. They want to know how many of their users are getting their games somwhere else.

Augmented Steam has a notes field that shows up at least on a game's steam store page

"Bought on another platform" implies we actually bought the games though, right?
Would have been better "Owned on another platform"

If you played it and didn't like it then you mark it not interested, if you played it and did like it you mark it as played on another platform. Ifg you bought it and didn't play it then it shouldn't be factoring into your recommendations and Ignore is probably the best option.

The whole purpose of the system is recommendations. If you view that differently that's your problem not the systems.

Interesting, might use it if the recomendations suggest me something I already have, not going to go hunt them down on my own tho.

Out of 35 pages of ignored Steam games, there was maybe one page of games I played on other platforms.
So I'm glad they added this feature, especially if I get in on the next console generation. (Probably not, but you never know)

Not useful for me as I like going on the Steam Explore Queues to look at games. I usually ignore games I am not going to play/buy immediately. I don't think I'll need alternative recommendations. Instead, if it was an option to show that I Owned/Played that game on other platform and is reflected in my library But not able to install it through Steam. That is the feature I am looking for instead, this new update still a marketing update sadly.
Cheers and Regards~
