I got a Debit card at 15. How young exactly because I'm pretty sure you can get a card that's globally accepted somehow.

it's going to be from tomorrow and will last 2 days 6 hours 12 minutes and 42 seconds - exactly. i also heard that people with 10 won gifts won't be able to use the discounts because valve picks on them for a strange reason :-(
