It happened yesterday to a friend of mine.. he ninjaed a game from a forum, and some person claimed he got the same game from that very key, is that possible? If so, what could happen :/

Have had someone claim to "ninjad" key I ninjad, so...

If this is true, techincally it means that Steam isn't properly checking two activations done exactly same time.

1) Check if key is activated
2) Mark key activated
3) Add content to account

So if step one is success for both, it doesn't actually check that key was marked to your account before adding content.

(This is pure speculation, but probably is either true or false or something between)
