Honestly, the worst part of banning all these, is that some of us (or even many) may have lost the opportunity to get many of these games for free. So why ban them from being gifted to someone who really could use them? I just don't get it. If you think about it it's just a gift after all. It makes no sense, at least for me.

The first problem is CV (levels) system. It's meant to be a reward for people spending money on others and it would see people getting CV for nothing. It has been suggested that Steamgifts make these games give no CV and/or that they cost zero points to enter but SG has always said no to that idea as they feel there would be so many of these giveaways that they would flood the system and slow down the site. That's a bit of a shame.
On another level I suppose you could frame a moral argument too. Games are often given away to promote a webiste etc. For example, if Indie Gala are giving away 10000 keys of a particular game then Indie Gala are trying to get 10000 people to visit their website. If one person takes 100 keys and gives them away on here instead of 100 people visiting Indie Gala to get them then they didn't get the publicity they were hoping for, and maybe even paid for if they bought the keys (I don't know if they always get them for free). It could be seen as stealing away their advertising. If I was giving away stuff to promote my business and someone took loads before redistributing it without even mentioning me or my business I don't think I'd be very happy.

Yeah, I couldn't find it given for free but it was absent from the giveaway list. I typed "Aveyond" into the create a new giveaway box and that one didn't show up so thanks for explaining why.
If the bug is only sometimes there does that mean giveaways are possible for it when the bug isn't happening?

I'm not sure about this but, I tried to create a giveaway for some games given by the microids card thing and they didn't showed on the list, since they're from a free giveaway I thought they were banned and moved on, but now I saw 3 giveaways for Post Mortem and I'm confused

It has been fixed. At this point you CAN create 12 Labours of Hercules IV: Mother Nature giveaways.
Also there is no "Premium Edition" of this game on Steam, only "(Platinum Edition)" which is simply the base game. "Platinum Edition" is just in the store name and does not appear in any app name or package name for the game.

Games that were once free or exploited are removed from the giveaway list of the game. But since the list is now an auto-suggest instead of a dropdown, it makes me waste time scrolling the list of games to find that the game is not in the list...
A list of un-creatable games would be helpful.
UPDATE: Another better suggestion in the comments, is to show ALL games in the list, but grey-out the un-creatable ones and add a tooltip that explain why it cannot be created.
