Sony KD-49XD7005
LG 49UH603V

I can't give advice on specific models, but we have a Sony in the main room that is on pretty much all day, almost every day, well into the night, and has been for six years. It hasn't had a single problem in all that time, even though we get unexpected power outages every so often. (Hazard number 1 of living in the country.)

Also, I have an LG in my room for video games; I'm really more of a PC gamer so it doesn't see a whole lot of use, but it's been good to me.

Personally, I'd look up user reviews for the TVs you're looking at, find out the most common problems people have with each model, and decide, "Can I live with that if it happens to me?" And then pick whichever one seems the best/most reliable. I had a monitor once that died of a blown capacitor, and when I looked it up out of curiosity, I discovered that that was a very common problem with that model and I was actually really lucky for it to have lasted as long as it did.

I have a Sony too and as the poster above and haven't had many issues with it at all.
When I did have some issue, it didn't take Sony long to come over with a technician to fix it.

All three brands are well-known brands so ought to be safe, although from what I remember LG have those shiny reflective bodies which I don't like that much.

You should always check the manufacturers warranties and specifications in your country as there are always differences from region to region.
The model names might be the same but some things might now be available or work in one country.
