What difference with this?

It would help if you posted a link to what specifically you're talking about.

The only Xbox One Wireless Adapter I know of is this one for Windows: https://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Xbox-Wireless-Adapter-Windows-Packaging/dp/B07CJ6GVM8/
It lets you connect Xbox One controllers (my favorite PC gamepad) wirelessly to your PC, and supports up to 8 controllers off a single adapter. I have one and it has worked flawlessly.

I still don't know what the little or big that you're talking about is. I linked you the one and only Wireless adapter I know of, and it works great.

All you need is a bluetooth dongle to play wirelessly...and well batteries.

I use this one: https://www.amazon.com/Onvian-Bluetooth-Receiver-Transfer-Wireless/dp/B07G9TSDCG

Only for the S version of the controller. The "Wireless" version, which is the first one released, need a specific wireless dongle to work.
