Users sign-in using their Steam account, and we require their account to be valued at $100 or greater. Games that have been accessible through bundles, or games that were once available for free due to promotions or pricing errors are not included in this calculation. We have this requirement in place to prevent users from registering multiple accounts.

To be honest, I didn't know of this rule when I joined.
I'm curious to know if it was different 3 years ago when I signed up to the site initially.
I only joined Steam 4 years ago when my brother gave me a copy of Hitman. :)

I don't think he owns a single game (from his 139) that was not bundled or free before.
So yeah, you gotta get over the $100 threshold with unbundled games.

Frankly, I think that is not a correct term. You leech something you need but don't want to make the efforts of working to get it. Those people that do that here aren't really in need of games, I'd say they are hoarders. They get the stuff only to get it and no other reason.
