I have tried several times to send items and I have app & mobile authenticator active for several months.

Now once I send 3 items (2 are working fine), steam tells me "Awaiting Mobile Confirmation", but there is no confirmation available within the app.
I have tried, restarting the app/phone, uninstalling, cancelling the trade offer. It always gets back to "Awaiting Mobile Confirmation" and I can't get any trade through with more than 3 items.
Edit: Seems like it is working for 3 items, but not everytime :( maybe value-dependant?

Please help...

Steam started to act up yesterday, and the authentication itself isn't working flawlessly; confirmations tend to get lost in the ether sometimes.

Yes, I tried it again today and 3 trades went through. Same trades as yesterday, they should really fix this :(

I'm an active trader and I confirm trades all the time. Never happened to me to not receive a confirmation. Also you shouldn't cancel the trade outside of the app since it'll most likely get you a cooldown from trading

I can tell you that some items you want to sell on the market don't show up either and I've already sold a few thousand items.
