Breach & Clear bundled/on sale?

Seen a number of giveaways for Breach & Clear recently and wondered if it's because it's on sale/bundled at the moment? Didn't find anything through google, so just wondered if anyone knew?

If you install Enhanced Steam and go to a game's store page it will populate with whether it's been bundled from Is There Any Deal, which is often a little behind on the launch of a bundle but usually updated within a day.
