Can't make a giveaway for "Gequila" because I'm unlucky and scammer took my first Cakeday train

Hey there =)

It happened to be my unexpected Birthday today, and there is nothing that can be done about it (even creating the Support ticket didn't help) =(
So, I thought I should give you something (it's pretty logical to give away presents on your Birthday, right?), but I'm broke as a deer who is broke, so here is some free game, which is not allowed here, but I think no one notices anyway - Particula.

Oh, I forgot to add that it is your favorite Jigsaw puzzle, followed by lovely SGTools check.
The rules are unfair, as always:
Level 3+, minimum sent/won ratio 0.5, or 2/1;
Maximum 25% of region restricted CV;
Group CV is less or equal Public CV + Private CV.

Most important thing: The game won't activate in Japan! (neither in Fukuoka, nor in Sapporo), I'm sorry guys!
